Hula hooping, by the way, is not just circling a hoop around your waist.  That is part of it, but over the past 10-15 years it has evolved into a full and modern dance style.

Just like if you were to take a few puffs off a Camel.

And because hula hooping is a great workout, you can be less concerned about the potential for weight gain that we fear when quitting smoking.  Also, it won’t bore you to tears like walking on a treadmill does, so you’ll work out longer and harder without even intending to.

This will help you regain stamina after quitting smoking, and strengthening those lungs back up gently and steadily.

What a great idea. I am going to try for the 88 millionth time to quit again. Picking up my hoop when I get a craving is a fantastic plan!

I don’t smoke, but I’m thinking hooping would be great for my hips which I’m always trying to loosen up. That pic looks like you’re in an altered state of happiness 🙂
