Description
While all of our hoops are a great choice for exercise, we now offer these weighted exercise hula hoops due to an overwhelming amount of special requests! We craft these hoops with the same 3/4″ 100psi PE hoop tubing we use to craft our beginner hoops, but we use a wider 1″ cloth grip tape than our standard hoops for added weight. These hoops weigh approximately 1-2 pounds, but their weight varies depending upon the diameter you choose.
These hoops don’t have unnecessary weights added. We don’t believe in excessively heavy hula hoops. They could be harmful to your body. You can read more about how much exercise hula hoops should weigh in our Hoop Resources section: How Heavy Should Your Hoop be to Lose Weight Hula Hooping?

Substitution Policy:
Rarely, we will need to use a different color of tape or tubing than what you purchased if we run out of the color you chose. We reserve the right to do this at any time. We will always try to find a similar color to what you chose. If you do not want us to do this please write “no substitutions” in the notes during checkout on your order and we will notify you if we are out of a color so you can decide to wait until we get more or choose a different color. Also, when you order, you can write your backup color choices in the notes if you choose.

I can’t say enough about this company – this woman! – or my hoops! I ordered the pink and silver exercise hoop and accidentally got shipped a green one (equally gorgeous, by the way!) by mistake. She immediately righted this without any hesitation and was incredibly helpful both before I ordered (we specialized mine to fit my needs), and afterwards, as I’ve never been a successful hooper as a child. My new exercise hoop is awesome! It is very bright. Although I thought it was going to be weighted a little it feels like my performance hoop. It is lighter than my first beginner hoop. I am not complaining one bet was just unsure.. other than the weight I love it! The Orange is very bright and prettiful (:
